Nordic Pure Returns Policy

At Nordic Pure, your satisfaction comes first! We’re committed to providing top-quality products and friendly service. If you need to return an item or request a refund, we’re here to help. 

Returns & Refunds 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact our customer service team or complete the Return/Damage Form within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide at least two images of the issue. Once verified and approved, we will replace the product or issue a refund. 

 

  • Wrong Product Shipped: Nordic Pure covers the return shipping cost. 
  • Wrong Product Ordered: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.  

Return Conditions: 

  • Items must be returned in original Nordic Pure packaging, unused, unmarked, and from a smoke-free, pet-free environment. 
  • All returns are inspected before a refund is issued. Non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to additional fees. 

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval.   

 

Order Cancellations 

Subscription Orders: 

  1. To cancel a subscription order: Log in to your Nordic Pure account. 
  1. Click on “Subscriptions” and select “Cancel” for the order you wish to stop.

Important: Orders cannot be canceled on the ship date. You will receive an email reminder five days before your next scheduled shipment to make changes. 

Non-Subscription Orders: 

  • Contact Customer Service immediately:  1-800-590-0339 
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed once processing begins. 

 

Address Corrections 

  • If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, contact customer service as soon as possible to update your details before processing.  1-800-590-0339. 
  • If you should need to re-route a package in transit, please call customer service M-F 8-4:30 CST.  There will be a rerouting fee applied to your request.  Otherwise, you can have your package held for FREE at a local FEDEX drop location by registering for FedEx Delivery Manager through fedex.com. Proof of identity will be required for pickup 
  • If you feel you need Fed Ex to know something special about your delivery needs. PLEASE go to fedex.com and sign up for a FREE delivery manager account. This is helpful if you get called out of town unexpectedly or live in an area that is difficult to find (maybe a new subdivision or construction in your area, etc.) 

 

Note: If the package is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, Nordic Pure is not responsible for lost packages or replacements.
